  • We guarantee that the puppy is from the above said Sire & Dam. Torram Boxers guarantees the puppy to be in good health to the best of our knowledge, up-to-date on vaccinations appropriate for the puppy’s age and has been on a de-worming schedule at the time the Buyer takes possession. The Buyer has four business days to take the puppy to a Veterinarian for an examination. If the puppy is found to have a health problem that is life threatening, the Buyer may return the puppy to the Seller, for a replacement puppy. The Buyer must contact the Seller immediately and provide a written statement from a licensed Veterinarian stating the defect or illness along with documentation of any tests and their results. A puppy must be returned within 48 hours of exam along with its paperwork. All shipping costs and veterinarian bills are the responsibility of the Buyer, and are non-refundable. Seller will not be responsible for illness or health problems diagnosed after this time period, except where stated in this contract.

  • Your puppy has been on a vaccination & de-worming schedule and is up to date; these records will be provided to you. Please take these records to your veterinarian, as it is very important to continue with these vaccinations after you get your puppy home.

The Buyer agrees to have puppy examined  by a licensed veterinarian within the 4 day time period to confirm the health of the puppy and to validate this Warranty/Agreement and understands that failure to do so will result in this  Warranty being null & void.

  • This puppy has a Warranty until 1 year of age against life threatening/altering congenital defects. We will not be responsible for illness or health problems that are diagnosed after this time period.

In the unlikely event this puppy dies within this 1 year time period due to a congenital defect, the Buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain reason and Seller will be provided with a veterinarian certificate as to the cause of death. Should the cause of death be a congenital defect, the Breeder will provide a replacement puppy of the same value as soon as a comparable puppy is available.

A puppy showing any life threatening/altering congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
1. Puppy must show the defect by 1 year of age, and we must be notified at the on set of problem.
2. This 1 year Warranty covers replacement of puppy. No cash refunds of purchase price.
3. All documentation must be provided. NO exceptions.
(a)  A licensed veterinarian must certify in detail any life threatening/altering congenital defect in writing & all documentation of any tests done along with their results must be released to us. Certification must be given on veterinarian’s letterhead detailing the nature of the defect and state that it is indeed a congenital defect.
(b)  Documentation that preventive care and vaccinations have been kept up to date.
(c)  A dated receipt showing puppy was seen by a licensed veterinarian within the initial 4 days of purchase to validate this warranty.
4. Seller also reserves the right to have the puppy examined by his own veterinarian.
5. A puppy with a life threatening/altering congenital defect may be kept by the family, returned, or euthanized with the prior permission of the Seller.
6. All shipping costs and veterinarian bills are the responsibility of the Buyer and are non-refundable.

  • The 1 year Warranty covers life threatening/altering congenital defects only  and does not cover things such as, but not limited to:
